We recommend waiting at least 7 business days from your order date before contacting us regarding the status of your order. If more than this time has already passed... First, make sure our shipping confirmation email did not end up in your spam or junk folder. We send all emails from “contact@printenvydesigns.com”. Of course, if you should need help in the meantime, please contact us.
~ Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost (is not included in the free shipping over $50), please contact us to inquire. If expedited shipping is available, orders are still subject to processing times by our fulfillment team.
~ Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the US. There may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before the delivery of your package. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Print Envy Designs.
~ A refund will not be given if the order is refused at delivery address OR customs.
